VOLKSWAGENThe latest car to get the BDC treatment and also brighten up the studio was this striking Solarbeam Yellow Mercedes AMG GTS Coupe. This car belongs to a repeat custom of ours who wanted us to bring out the absolute best in this highly metallic £10,695 factory optional paint finish. We knew when this car arrived that the results would be breathtaking so were very excited to see the final results and they don't disappoint!
This customer opted for a Multi-Stage Enhancement Detail package with 3 year Ceramic Coatings to all painted surfaces, glass, brake calipers, wheels and also an interior protective coating. We began with the usual decontamination and safe wash process before undergoing two cutting stages. This was necessary due to the typically very hard Mercedes paint but stage by stage the clarity in the Solarbeam improved. All glass was deep cleaned to remove baked in water marks, particularly on the glass panoramic sunroof before being ceramic coated to protect it going forward. The forged AMG alloy wheels were removed and decontaminated before being ceramic coated along with the brake calipers. Finally, we underwent a refining polishing stage and the surface was ready for the 3 year guaranteed ceramic coating to be applied.
The extreme levels of metallic fleck are hard to capture in photos but the results are incredible as we are sure the owner of this fantastic looking car will agree!
